WALL AND CEILING HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEMS

Ambient air temperature is important in terms of performance of the people. Air temperature increases, performance drops (or vice versa –air temprature drop ) and the energy used for cooling( or vice versa-heating ) cost increase for each dergree. Nowadays , wall&ceiling heating and cooling system is preferred because of the high cost of energy sources and continuity of natural energy resources .They are also cheap and environmentally friendly . The purpose of this system to heat up or cool down the walls and ceilings to ensure that the environment is to provide a uniform heat dissipation. Used heating - cooling systems in the environment, because of the wrong temperature setting, cooling type such as air conditioning by blowing air from the sounds ,as a result people working efficiency decreases. This heating and cooling system , ambient temperature would be an ideal not feel any excess heat or cold, with this system the specified water temperatura , ambiance is heated and cooled.As an AMAS LTD, in order to provide more comfortable and healtier environment to our customers we are happy to introduce the system which get high benefit from the power of nature.


Wall heating and cooling systems pipes are made from PP-R pipes and reinforced glass fiber. According to conventional methods, this system is economically advantageous. The concept of the system is for the comfort of an occupied area: thermally well-balanced zones are created.The principle of the system technology is gentle radiant heat from large surfaces delivering comfortable warmth to the occupants of a room. Since the heating surfaces are relatively large the surface temperature can be kept low reducing air movement. Radiant heat is felt directly, this is one advantage over small hot radiators that create high convectional currents warming the air before the occupants.Since the system has a low flow temperature (25 - 35 °C), it is ideally suited to being used with eco-friendly fully condensing alternative energy sources like solar, soil , natural heat and cold water . Besides the thermal advantages there is the added benefit of reduced air movement. The result is reduced dust movement with stabilized humidity. In conclusion wall & ceiling , heating & cooling system saves in heating 35-40 % , in cooling %90 -95 energy cost and contributes to a healthy environment. Of course the system for wall and ceiling can be combined with each other.

OPERATING SYSTEM PRINCIPLES;

COOLING OPERATION PRINCIPLE;

1.With a pump, the water (14-17 degree ) is drawn from wells and sent to water panels which are placed on the surface of the wall.This cold water gets warm while cooling the wall, then this water drain away a second well. With this transaction ,the balance of nature stays intact.

2.With a pump, the water (15-18 degree) is drawn from ponds or stream and sent to water panels which are placed on the surface of the wall.This cold water gets warm while cooling the wall, then this water drain away a little bit away.

3.Under the soil surface is between 8-14 degrees in all seasons. It is possible to use this energy in private residential gardens.In order to do this , part of the gardens is dig in to 2,5-3 mt. The pipes are placed to this area as needed. With this pipes , the places (betweeen 200-500 m2)can be cooled with 80-100 watt energy.

With these three systems, places are cooled to 20 degrees by using continuously these natural cheap energy. If wanted , temprature range can be set for each section independently.

HEATING OPERATION PRINCIPLE;

1.The water 35C from heat source (hot water boiler , boiler..etc) is sent to wall panels with a pump and is made closed cycle. In this way room temprature level can be brought 30 degrees.Room temprature can be controlled by thermostat independently.

2. In addition to this , integrating solar collectors to the system more energy saving can be achieved.
