CELL CONTRUCTION
Plant cells have a main construction according to size and impact resistant steel pipes of outside weather.Cells are formed by combining special molds shaped steel profiles and double-walled panels with high sound and thermal insulation. According to the function of every cell of the cell interior accessories are specially designed and equipped. ALDAĞ cells are made according to the custom design. Assembly and maitanence can be provided .
Functioning of each cell sealed by a door, and the internal parts contains easily accessible. Standart panells have 25 mm fiberglass. Polyurethane insulated panels are available on request . The panel inner surface of the galvanized steel sheet, the outer surface is composed of electrostatic powder coated galvanized steel. The panel thickness is maximum 40 to 60 mm and can be made up as rock wool insulation. Body and panel joints are made entirely with stainless steel screws and bolts. Pressure differences that may occur during operation of the power plant to prevent the flexibility of the panels,T-profiles are used. Plant cells are easily removed and can be fitted if required.Inside the cell consisted of a completely smooth surfaces. According to customer requirement , it is designed economical with maximum efficiency.
FAN CELLS
1- FAN -FAN CELLS
Double inlet forward curved or backward curved fan high efficiency centrifugal fans are used at fan cells.These fans are made of galvanized steel sheet.Fan types, air flow, pressure, and are selected according to the yield curves.Electric motors, IP 54, classF, 380V and 50Hz. Motor fan mil gücünün % 20 fazlası ile seçilmiştir.Engine was chosen more than %20 power of the fan shaft.Fan intake and outlet opening location can be changed.
2-EXHAUST AND COMPOUND FILTER
Cell consists of 3 pieces of damper and filter class EU3 filter class. hava ayarları istenilen oranda motorlu vanalar veya elle ayarlanabilir. Air settings can be set with motorized valves, or manually.Dampers are with aluminum aerodynamic wings. The wings of a seal has been fully equipped with rubber gaskets.
3- BAG FILTER CELL
Filters ,which are %90-99 efficient, can be selected according to the dust- holding capacity of EU5,EU7,EU9 .They can be changed easily.
4-HEATING-COOLING CELL
Heating and cooling system, batteries are placed into a cell type is determined by the type of fluid used.They can be with cold, hot water, steam, direct expansion or electric heater. Batteries are as standard consists of copper pipes and aluminum fins. Cell cross-section is determined by the speed of air passing through the battery. The average air velocity from 2.5 to 3 m / sec.
5-HUMIDIFYING CELL
Humidification cell is used if air humidification required. . There is a impermeable pool under the cells. There is an aluminum router at air inlet .The air can be distributed homogeneous. A humidifying cell contains steam generator.
6-SILENCER CELL
It is optionally placed in the central entrance.Backstages consist of cells have the advantage of high-volume muffler.
